Benefits of the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan, also known as the Texas Tomorrow Fund, are guaranteed by a constitutional amendment passed by Texas voters in November 1997.
Fluctuations in the stock market do not impact the amount that the plan pays to colleges and universities or refunds on cancelled accounts.
For information on your account, you can call 1-800-445-4723, option #2, to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
